Clifton Hill's Impressive tower in the afternoon winter sunlight. Once a thriving industry producing lead shot from the 1880s. Now a well-known landmark visible from Kew and Carlton. http://collingwoodhs.org.au/resources/collingwood-history-plaques-project/the-shot-tower/

qinkbluParticular Baptists believed atonement was only for the select few. Until 1870 the congregation met at a chapel in Wellington Street. Their new chapel is a Lombardic Romanesque polychromatic brick building, brown with red and cream dressings. Around the 1980s it was converted for use as offices. While many Collingwood churches have been demolished, it is very pleasing that this beautiful structure remains at 159 Victoria Parade.
